3. Layout options are up to you! Please include the following as part of your website Header

• Title for your Site

• First Name, Last Initial

• Mrs. Stephens - Hour #

• Purpose Statement and 

4. Finally, each post must include:

• Purpose statement for the project

• Embedded project OR picture of the project

• Summary of what you learned as a result of the project related to the 5 C's

The survey will take some students a few minutes and could take others 15-20 minutes.  Because of this we have decided to forego liberty hour.  When students finish, please ask them to work on other classwork or to read quietly.  Classes need to stay quiet until each person has finished the survey.
